I’d like to start playing a new video game, if anyone has any ideas please let me know.
New Game
August 21, 2011Remaking video games
August 16, 2011This goes along with movies, as well.
Lately older games have been being remade- the Pikmin games, Goldeneye, Ocarina of Time, Star Fox, etc etc. Sure those games are great, but I’d rather see a whole new game altogether. Remakes are OK once in a while, but not en mass. Take Pikmin for example, they’ve been saying Pikmin 3 is in the works for how long? Devote more time to a new game than a remake. I want to see something new damn it!
This can all be traced back to greed of course. Remakes are a simple money maker while other stuff is being made.
Mario Kart Alternate Title Screens

Mario Kart 64

Nintendo Executives slash salaries
July 31, 2011Nintendo President Satoru Iwata will be taking a 50 percent pay reduction in response to poor Nintendo 3DS sales. The news was revealed at a conference in Tokyo, where Iwata stated to investors that he would be taking responsibility for the low sales figures.
Iwata was making approximately ¥137 million ($1.8 million) last year between his salary and bonuses. Specifics weren’t given, but both the base salary and bonuses are expected to be lowered.
Other directors, such as Senior Managing Directors Shigeru Miyamoto and Shinji Hatano will be taking a 30 percent pay cut and other executives’ salaries will be dropping by 20 percent.

Good to hear that Nintendo is taking responsibility for the tough losses. Maybe the U.S. Government can learn something or two about this from them…
Gamecube
July 28, 2011Luigi’s Mansion has brought me back to the blog along with Melee.
Luigi’s Mansion 2
July 27, 2011The gameplay of Luigi’s Mansion 2 is similar to its predecessor. The game focuses on the adventures of Luigi, who is sent by Professor E. Gadd, through teleportation, to explore various haunted mansions and capture ghosts using the Poltergust 5000, a specialized vacuum cleaner. Clearing the rooms of ghosts award the player keys, which open access into deeper areas of the mansion. The Poltergust 5000 can also be used to gather treasure hidden in various rooms. Shigeru Miyamoto stated that Luigi’s Mansion 2 will be more puzzled-oriented than the original, and Toad will assist Luigi in accomplishing various goals.
To capture a ghost, Luigi must first stun it using a flashlight. While the original game only required the player to simply shine the light upon the ghost, in Luigi’s Mansion 2 the player instead charges the flashlight to release an intense burst of light, called a strobe, that acts similar to a flashbang. When stunned, the ghost’s hit points are exposed, allowing the player to vacuum and wrestle with the ghost to decrease its hit points until it is weak enough to be captured. Luigi can fight up to three ghosts simultaneously, but there is currently work being made in development to allow even more. While the original game utilized the second analog stick on the Nintendo GameCube controller, several of Luigi’s movements can be controlled using either button presses or motion control via the Nintendo 3DS gyroscope and accelerometer.
King Boo, who was the main antagonist in Luigi’s Mansion, will also appear in the game, though no details of his role are currently known.
The above was taken from Wikapedia. This sounds like it will be a cool game.
Recently me and Josh played through Luigi’s Mansion- aiming for that Grade A mansion. Fell short in each playthrough, 74M and 83M, respectively.
New Updates
January 17, 2010I’ve been working on the pages throughout the last few hours.
All Wii, N64, DS, and GBA cheats are gone, along with small Nintendo series; save Wave Race and Chibi Robo.
The multi-platform game cheats (Need For Speed; James Bond; etc) are going to be taken down. Once updated, they will be visible again. Sorry for any inconvienence.
We are also looking for anyone who is willing to help. Comment if your interested.

WERE BACK
January 11, 2010We are back as george said after a sudden urge again in gamecube we haven given birth to a new blog.
The Sixth Generation: Revived
January 10, 2010Its been about 5 or 6 months since we closed. Well lately I’ve been in a huge Gamecube surge. Namely Wind Waker. I’ve been thinking about reopening this place for a week now. Last night at a Gamestop me and Josh were talking about reopening this place, and we decided to. However, we will no longer be called Gamecube Cheats.
The Sixth Generation: Revived
The Nintendo Gamecube, SEGA Dreamcast, Sony Playstation 2, and Microsoft Xbox dominated.
Those four systems are now the basis of this place, the N64, GBA, DS, and Wii will no longer be supported.
All throughout this next week I will be working on the website.
-George
P.S. We will probably have up the same header for another week, and a new affiliation banner will be ready by then too.
Checking in
November 14, 2009Ive been checking this place every few weeks, and its nice to see views still come in. Not as much as they used to, but at least this place isn’t all dead. 23,000 was just crossed. Lately I have been playing Gamecube (got back into the N64, but then my friend asked for it back. No biggie), mostly Burnout.
Josh suggested we bring this place back: but face it, he has no interest and I don’t have the time.
Closing
August 18, 2009Well this blog lasted a year and a half! It was very fun putting time and effort into this place and watch her grow, originally from a Smash Bros blog to a Gamecube Cheats blog.
I will not be deleting this blog, but instead just removing the users and not updating anything anymore. The info on the pages will forever be there for you to check and see.
We ended up at a total of 20,700 some views; our 20,000 views goal was broke; but the 25,000 never came before this day came.
To the users:
It was good to work with so many different users who contributed to this blog whether by adding up cheats, pages, even graphics, and just helping out the place in general. There have been a total of 8 total members who have helped us out. Tanshin, Josh, Fox, Shadowsilver, Cooldu6, Bloodskraal, Rick Ace, and myself.
Im glad we could of been of help to everyone.

Super Mario Sunshine
July 30, 2009I started playing Sunshine a few days ago, and then Josh started playing too. When were playing, we usually switch off every shine. On his save, around 100 blue coins on top of I wanna say 50 shines. On my save, a stunning 2 blue coins (Im saving them until the end, aside the ones I can only get at one point) on top of around 20 shines.
I’ve also been playing Pokemon Ruby for the Game Boy Advance.

July 27, 2009It is true i hope to see you around even with the two promblems around here lately.
Im done
July 27, 2009This does not regard to the blog at all.
This is referring to Josh.
Im sick and tired of Jack. And everytime I come over, he always complains like the little spoiled brat he is. Im just admitting it. And I don’t care anymore. I’ll see you Friday night for the plans Josh, but I doubt you’ll be seeing me over at your hour before then and after.

Back
July 22, 2009Well I haven’t really been paying attention to the blog, like all the other users >.> (aside Ricky, who just posted a day ago).
I must say Im sorry for that. Reasons were because my computer doesn’t run as fast as she used to, and I was playing Golden Sun and have been busy a lot lately.
Well I beat Golden Sun and will be getting a new computer soon.
So I should be back to updating normally within the next week.

The Godfather Blackhand Edition – Wii
July 2, 2009Hi. Someone requested this by comment. Finally I got contact with the game through my yahoo messenger when I found out that someone had it. I did a sort of interview, and this is whatI got out of it:
Rated M….umm…yep.
This is not a brand new game, released around 07. But its pretty new to the Wii. It’s based very much on the movie and has a ton of violence. Atleast it doesn’t have that disturbing sex scenes like GTA 4 (don’t ask). It has interesting and different fight senarios. Some missions are funny. The graphics are terrible on standard defination, so I guess its only meant for HD. I wouldn’t buy the game mysel however. The people I know who bought it are the wacko gangster type (the people who try to act gangsterish and are total retards in reality…feel pity for them..and try not to laugh at them too much.). Be careful and warned before you buy. – Rick Ace
(No Picture since I do’t have the game. Sorry, but I’m sure you can google it.)
100 pages of fun
July 1, 2009Over the last few pages Ive added up over 15 new pages, which made our page total 110. So, we now have over 100 pages here
If you also notice, below the “About the Creator” widget, theres the country stats and a counter. It was added sometime in January of this year, and records page views. Not total views, thats how many people have viewed. Each time a page is clicked on or refreshed by someone, it adds to this counter. Well its accumulated over 20,000 page views; which is a lot for only a few months.
Out total viwws for June reached 4 higher than our month record. By 4
See everyone later,
-George
Games
June 29, 2009I finished adding up all Gamecube/GBA/DS/Wii covers, and I plan on starting N64 covers in a few days.
I also am going to add way more cheats and possibly even more series.
I beat Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers yesterday morning also. I’ve been playing Golden Sun more than anything though. Battalion Wars I’ve given up on too. Today or tomorrow Im going back to playing N64: Donkey Kong 64 and Smash Bros.
